You definatly CAN do the last bit of impossible A when retrying from the last checkpoint. You do need to time the after burner well, and steer in the air well, and a bit of luck can help too There are no levels where you need to restart to finish, although, a tip for people... the last check point on impossible E is easier if you carry some extra speed from the last check point. Anybody who finishes Impossible E, the last level, in 10 retrys has impressed me. I bet somebody will manage to do it in 0 retrys eventually, if they havn't already.
This is my only level left to medal and it is killing me, I would have a hard time believing someone could do it with 0 retries.
ok seriously to anyone who has beaten it, impossible B, i can get to the last checkpoint no sweat, but i cannot do that last jump, i did it ONCE by accident with 15 continues, go figure
Yupp can't beat that last jump. On the plus side I'm back up to #3 on intermediate c (sorry der-kleine you're number 4 now)
Well looking at the leaderboards 10 people have finished Impossible E. And I am shocked that 1 person has finished with 1 retry The person that finishes with 0 retrys will have the biggest bragging rights for some time.
I will not sleep until I beat Impossible E with zero retries. I've been playing for a while, trying to beat every level with zero retries, can't get Hard D done... Get to the end and mess up
I just finished Impossible E... with 45 retries. Grr... only level I have yet to medal in. I actually think the last part is harder than the part with the tiny hole.
After about 150 complete restarts on impossible E i somehow manage to fit through the small hole in the wall and get to the last checkpoint with 0 retries, with the speed i flew up that last ramp and hit that last loop which knocked me down... I can't finish that last ramp its the only part I can't do
So close... sounds like you where nearly the first to get zero. but I think thats the way to do it, from a dead stop last section is really really hard to get up enough speed, but if you can carry a little bit over after going through the hole, it makes much, much it much easier. We didn't realise you could do that when we built the level, then later we added some extra geometry to try slow you down... but still, you can keep a bit of extra speed from the previous section.
