Thank you very much for reviewing this app .

About the second point , it only test 40 more difficult kanas at one time now, I will improve it in the next version.

a timer option on the flash cards for automatic display <-- Good idea.

Which is better , in test mode or in browse Mode ?

    I like both modes.

Browse is an excellent introductions to the shapes and sounds, and the ramaji associated with each. What about having the ramaji fade away after a few seconds in browse mode, so the user learns the sound, but then is only associating the sound with the kana?

I prefer the test mode in this version over iKana (another good app) as this one doesn't present me with choices. I found it was too easy to pick out the correct answer in iKana because there were 4 options present each time. In KanaCard, I have to get it right and can't guess it by eliminating the wrong answers. This makes KanaCard the superior learning tool in that regard.

It's taken me two weeks to get all the Hiragana using other tools, but I don't know the Katakana yet. I'll see how long it takes to learn them using KanaCard :)

    edit:
As a suggestion for a future app, I'd like to see some children's stories or really basic text written out in the kana, and if you touch a word it gives you the definition of it.
If you found おいしい in a sentence then tapping on it would change the word to "delicious" in english and then it would switch back to Kana when you tap it again. :)
I've found some children's books in PDF to learn with but I have to keep exiting my PDF reader to look up the meanings of words in Kotoba.
