You haven't lost all of your games. They're still on your iTunes under 'Applications'. Your account doesn't have anything to do with the content of your iTunes.
Yes, but I Never Used ITunes on my Computer, so there are no games on it.I always have to redownload them via my Ipod...I also want to get updates. I want to access my account ! Damn, Why it has been disabled???!!. Thats shit. Sorry I forget to mention it is the Ipod Itunes..

(I will add to the th List the Rest of my games...I had ) So you understand me . I am so angry...
This will only promote piracy.......anyway it personally doesn't affect me since mine isn't jailbroken
@MilchMann: There must be a reason Apple disabled your account, something you're hiding from us. Do you download pirated games? Or what did you do? From your reaction I'm sure you knew what caused it as well.
I'm interested how far Apple is willing to play this cat-and-mouse game. Once they start disabling pirates' iTunes, where will they go next? Forbid them from downloading OS update? Forbid them from syncing to iTunes? Apple can easily do it if they want to though it seems too far stretched. I think all devs should use DLC so pirates can't download the full content for free anymore. I'm amazed many developers ignore that option as if they don't mind piracy.
I like the DLC idea, at least for the smaller games anyway. That's not to say piracy is alright if the game is big enough, but I don't think EA or Rockstar are suffering too much just yet and those kind of games don't lend themselves to DLC quite as well as a puzzle game would. I had a thought... surely if Apple are banning IDs then they can see that user's purchase history? If they see that someone has bought hundreds of apps legitimately then perhaps they won't strike.
If you're sure you did nothing wrong then email a complaint to them. Apple is pretty generous and they've always been helpful. As long as you're in the right you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise, it's your fault. Not apple's.
@MidianGTX: Why wouldn't it work for 'big games'? Namco and Capcom show any kind of games can use DLC method, eg. Pac-Man Championship Edition, Ridge Racer, Resident Evil 4. Essentially all games can work with DLC. Just give them a $0.99 taste and if they want the complete games they can buy it easily. I don't like having to pay DLC for additional characters (Minigore) or for each new level. I much prefer Pac-Man CE method. Buy the taste for $0.99 and the complete game for $3.99 and you get the whole thing. No more individual level DLC. I clearly remember how people always whine whenever a big game comes out with DLC, I guess they're pirates who bemoan the fact they can't download the full game. Devs who don't use DLC have no right to whine about piracy. Apple gives them an option and they can't even bother to take it, so they have themselves to blame.
Is DLC even a solution to piracy? It seems to me all a hacker has to do is buy the game and its DLC content and then crack and distribute the whole thing.
I guess it does work with big games... it's just kind of annoying that'd you'd have to make two separate purchases and two separate downloads, probably quite lengthy downloads too. With small games like Ramp Champ the DLC is ready within seconds.
In that case Apple should do what they're doing now: disabling pirates' iTunes account. Of course it'll be better if they give at least 2 warnings first. But as you said, that might turn them into piracy for good. So it must hurt them in a different manner. Proly a constant warning that we're using pirated apps? That would be annoying wouldn't it? Anyway, it's good that they're making an effort. Ah that's right.. Now that's a problem for games like Monkey Island or Myst
