I went to download a new app and I got the message: "We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error has occurred (5002). This just started happening today. I cannot download any new apps, updates for apps, or view my account info. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?
