Ok. So today I started off already having $13 in my account. Earlier, I won the Stick it Action contest and claimed my $10 iTunes card. That brought my total up to $23. So I went and bought Lego Harry Potter for $5 and saw my account drop down to $18. After syncing it to my iTouch, I turned off the computer. About an hour later, I turned my computer back on and opened itunes. Now, there were only $13 in my account!!!! What happened? What do I do?
Yup, your purchase history is gone for now, but just email Apple, they should get back to you in a few business days. Or, you can wait until the purchase history comes back, and just see what was charged twice, and report it to apple
Lemme just clarify what this guy is saying because he is absolutely right. You can only redownload apps, if you want to download music, or video again you have to pay twice
