Hey folks, I have a $25 iTunes gift card here, but part of the code got scratched off, and I can't read it. Is there some other way I can get the code to redeem it? Thanks!
Try pouring some vinegar on the part that got scratched maybe? How bad is the scatch? edit- ^ nevermind.
its on bottom left...on mine it starts with PBH and then its like 13 digits long...you can also email apple and they will help you...thats what i did
Thanks. There is no code on the bottom left. I tried using the numbers on the bottom right and they don't work. The end of the code is totally scratched off - this card was in a drawer for a long time, and I think the silver stuff got too glued to the actual plastic, and part of it actually is rubbed off. I can only see the start of the code but can't read the end at all. :mad goldlover - I'll email apple:
Ok, I went to apple support and they have a system where you email them the serial number (the 16 digit number on the bottom) and whatever part of the code you can read, and they help you redeem it. So now I just wait and see what they can do.
Link Please? This may sound completely absurd, but I honestly can't find what I'm looking for. Mind if I ask WHERE you email apple in reference to an ITunes card code you can't make out? I've been searching the support site pages, and just keep getting re-directed O__o
