Is there an option hidden somewhere that I missed to enable prices on top app lists? This seems like a huge usability annoyance to me. If you look at either the major top lists of apps or even the top lists per app category, there are no prices listed at all like there used to be. You literally have to click on each and every app individually to see how much it costs. At least when viewing the mini-top lists (like on the main app store page on the right side) it will show the price when you mouse-over the app. There are also no prices readily apparent on the New and Notable, What's Hot, and Staff Favorite areas of the main app store page. You CAN see prices when you click to "See All" of those, however. I think the top grossing apps list was a great idea, but I really don't see any reason at all to hide the cost of apps from the top 200 lists and various other places where they once were. Anyone else annoyed by this too?
the new design is great BUT +1 to your posts ---------------- Now playing: Ska-P - Wild Spain via FoxyTunes
ya, overall, I think the design changes aren't good. I find it hard to really browse. you can browse using non-iTunes sites that track the same data like appshopper http://appshopper.com/bestsellers/paid but it doesn't help most people who use itunes arn
They haven't removed them (permanently) the US store now has a game page with sub-cats. I'm sure the other regions will get the same style page very soon.
Yea, I just saw that - I hadn't opened up iTunes in over a day so I missed when they put that back up - glad to see it's back though!
