iTunes 9 disappoints me for several reasons. 1. So slowwwww. 2. Can't view individual game types like in iTunes 8. 3. I've always looked forward to the App Store looking a little different on Tuesdays, but now it won't because of the new format. 4. No Blu-ray support. 5. Can't add apps to your wish list, only music. Who's desperately waiting for iTunes 9.1? I sure am!
I wish backing up my iPod didnt take so long with this new 3.1.1 software and iTunes 9. It takes my iPod 20 mins to backup. Before it would only take like 3 mins.
For me iTunes is unquestionably faster. and yourofl10 my backups always take like 1 hour i think itunes 9 is really slick, but no big changes were really made
well I guess 20 mins vs. 1 hour aint so bad now. Personally the new store and the way it looks sucks, it didn't need to change the store look in any way.
1. It works PERFECTLY fine for me. 2. Yes you can. 3. Use your iPod, and I'm not positive about that, I'll let you know if you're wrong next week. 4. Yeeah that sucks. 5. That was never there, but it would be a nice additon. I am waiting for iTunes 10 next year. I think it'll have Blu Ray and an app wish list.
I haven't had one complete yet - let one run almost 2 hours yesterday, and canceled the one attempt I made today so I could shoot for a free copy of Prairie Chute.
I thought that always existed? - I see iTunes U tab in the appstore now, which looks interesting. - I still can't buy music - Not thrilled about the white background for my music albums and app icons. Can that be changed in the preference of some sort...? - It seems faster for me. - I don't like it that there are no more game categories.
I don't like iTunes 9 either. They took out purchasing by shopping cart, and the little green button in the corner doesn't activate the mini iTunes skin! Not to mention the loss of game categories...
Why would you blindly update like that? Never update iTunes unless your sure it suites the needs of both yourself but more importantly your device and it's firmware.
