the .dmg was over 100mb but the installer said iTunes would take up 37 o.o and it installed quickly ...what app management is there?
They must have run it through the wash with a new detergent, as it's 20% whiter than it used to be... Now on to OS 3.1...
I don't see how the features they added makes managing apps easier. Though they added a list view for the programs tab in Itunes, I still can't group or even rearrange apps. And the new homescreen option in the Iphone > Programs tab let's you only manage the homescreen you already have; you can't add other "Profiles", like one for action games that act like categories to easier drag and drop the genres you want. Am I missing some functionality or is this all Itunes 9 does? Pretty disappointed here :/
I really like the new look, but will definately miss the games subcategories (Action, Puzzle, Strategy, etc)
What happend to the app store? it's removed the left side options like games, puzzle etc and butchered up the rest. I hope they are still rearranging the pages because right now it's worse *edit* ignore that, as I refreshed in iTunes the completely new interface appeared!
D/L 3.1 iphone right now, and WTH IS THIS Home sharing?! Are you serious!?! Can somone explain how this works exactly? I might be thinking something different but does it just allow you to share files with somone as long as they are on the same network?...
