The newest version of iTunes adds some really cool features for iDevice users. The new iTunes DJ (previously Party Shuffle) can be tweaked via the Remote app. You can request songs and rearrange the playlist over wifi. It is super responsive and seems to work really well. There are also additions to the Genius feature in the Remote app that helps you choose songs to add to playlists etc.
One major change is that it runs faster on windows machines now, less loading time at the start and feels faster overall.
