[Does anybody know if the new iTouch 64gb will let you download more than 144 (or 8 pages) of apps? Thanks
You can have 11 pages on 3.0 or 3.1.1 Technically you can get more pages. But yes you get 11 pages with any ipod version on 3.0 or higher.
I really hope they come out with a 64 gig iPhone. I'm sure they will, but I'll have to wait til spring for it. That's the only thing wrong with my 2gen Touch. Moving from my 80gig iPod Classic to a 32gig Touch has forced me to make compromises in my music that I'd rather not make. I really like having almost all my music with me at all times, not to mention I'd love to put more movies or videos on there. But I don't think I'll pick up the 3rd gen Touch, I'll just try to be patient and wait for a bigger iPhone.
I tried being patient...lasted all of about 32 hours. Just closed my eyes and hit buy button on apple's store. However I don't think i will regret it. Have been waiting for a memory upgrade forever.
If all you want is more pages, then just get 3.0 or higher and do the TA extra page glitch...like zincous stated
