As I shared in an earlier post, it's in Chinese on the AppStore. I'm surprised this faux pas got through. eksaint Well-Known Member Jan 2, 2015 106 0 0 #8 eksaint, Sep 9, 2016 I haven't had time to play but I just opened it up and there was no obvious Iap. I'll try and play tonight. Cactuario Active Member Sep 4, 2014 38 1 6 #9 Cactuario, Sep 9, 2016 The IAP are just solutions to puzzles. If you're stuck on something, like where to use an item or solve a specific mystery, the game offers a hint in exchange for watching a video ad. If you need something more, like the full solution (e.g., if the hint was "The pyramid might be important..." the IAP solution might say "Take this item and use it on the third door in the pyramid."), you can pay 99 cents. Every item has a full solution available for 99 cents, but they are of course entirely optional and probably won't be used by many players. Gameplay- and content-wise, there is no need to purchase anything beyond the game itself. Hope this helps. I hate it when people do that. Misguided Well-Known Member Jan 27, 2009 2,346 19 38 #12 Misguided, Sep 9, 2016 This is a throw-back point & click adventure game with everything that implies. I believe I am nearing the end. Most of it is quite simple, but there are clever clue deliveries in a couple of spots. The game's neither too hard nor too easy. It's a cool Point'n'Click/Room Escape game with great art style. IAP's are only for clues if you're stuck - If one pays attention they're not necessary at all though. I'm doubting the 1 star guy has even played the game at all. I really like the graphics and puzzles. I will upload another video,(Round 2 of ISOLAND) soon. Round 1 and Round 2 are almost same. But some puzzles are different. Disco Driscoll Well-Known Member Jan 10, 2012 54 0 0 #15 Disco Driscoll, Sep 11, 2016 Liking it a lot so far. Probably about 2/3 through it- keep getting stuck but then with perseverance I'm finding a way past. Not sure about that gamezebo review talking about traipsing back And forth to find different siphers for puzzles- that's pretty standard in this genre, and the game area here is pretty small so its No big deal. morrissey Well-Known Member Oct 16, 2014 67 2 8 #16 morrissey, Sep 13, 2016 I finished part one, but do not know how I get part two...part one seems to just be the end on my device. How did you get part two? Disco Driscoll Well-Known Member Jan 10, 2012 54 0 0 #17 Disco Driscoll, Sep 13, 2016 In order to get part two, complete part one and then start a new game. This will now be part two which is largely the same game but with additional puzzles and a new ending. morrissey Well-Known Member Oct 16, 2014 67 2 8 #18 morrissey, Sep 13, 2016 Thank you! I thought that that was what I needed to do, but was afraid if I tapped new game that it might just restart part one! I am now in part two! (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
