iScan was just released a few hours ago, it is the first free fire and police scanner. It uses the basic QuickTime mobile UI, you can tap the action button at the bottom of the screen to open iScan the web app which will also let you listen to feeds in the background. I am currently working on a new version that will included the ability to enter custom feed URLs. Enjoy.
