lets say you have a sickness and your health care provider avoids giving you the good medication that you need to get better because it would be too expensive for them and instead just give you tylenol and say you'll get better soon is it legal for your insurance to not give you what is the recommended medication because they don't want to pay for it? SHOULD I SUE?
don't quote me on it, but insurance should pay for the medicine required have you tried the tylenol already?
exactly so if x illness requires y medicine that everyone is entitled to by their insurance and i didnt get the medicine simply because my insurance wanted to avoid paying for it is that legal?
All you need to do is go to your doctor and have him or her fax over something to the insurance company saying you need to have this certain type of medication.
im saying that my insurance(which is also my clinic) was aware of what i needed and gave me something else less effective to save money for themeselves
