Cos someone copied 4 forum descriptions. (introduction, goodbye, rules, news) And now he's trying to make me admit I got the copyright logo from him so I linked him to the rickroll from earlier (thanks xD) and copyright logo page. Edit: His response was... Unusual.
I say make it as close to his as possible. You can't copyright a bunch of copyright info. He just sounds like a kid who thinks he's acting all grown up by including it and somehow gets a sense of pride out of that.
