Is The 3.1 Update Free If You Already Bought 3.0?

I don't know - I am currently d/l 3.1 for my iPhone which is free - however, i will d/l it for my kids iTouch and will let you know. Going to be 30 minutes or more - I seem to have a slow connection tonight...

Apparently 3.0 messed up Wi-Fi connectivity, where wi-fi would drop out all the time. Does anyone know if this issue has been fixed? List of changes mentions "bug fixes" but doesn't provide an extensive list of changes.

 

yes it has. not sure about the battery heating up though

 

If i update my jailbroken Ipod, it will be un-jailbroken right??

You have to press check for updates in iTunes and more clicks then you'll get the update, it won't happen automatically.

And yes it is free for owners of 3.0 who paid $10.
