I love listening to podcasts esp. news podcasts.Now itunes is great and allows you to download podcasts directly to the iphone without the need for computer but it has a stupid 10mb download limit. I have seen the product description of RSS Player and it says that there is no such limit and you can download podcasts longer than 10 mb. So my question is, is it any good? Is it as easy to use as itunes and does it offer a vast no. of podcast downloads? Also can you manually search for podcasts and add them to the list?
It could be better, but it does the trick for now. The interface can be a little confusing, there are some bugs, and it can be a pain in the ass to add new podcasts, but the developer is still actively working on it. It is only 0.99 right now, so you really can't go wrong if you want to try it. The next release is supposed to be out any day now and the price will go back up then.
