    • Is iTunes Connect kinda broken today?

      I've been trying to upload an update all day, but either the whole iTunes Connect web app times out or, when it lets me log in, the "Update Application" button times out. Is this just me, or have others had the same problem?

      I heard another dev complaining today as well. He couldn't get promo codes out for his game because the website wasn't working....

      So you aren't the only one

      It has been this way for the last several days. They have acknowledged the problem and say that they are working on a fix, but no ETA yet

      Heard the same thing from another dev today. Hope the problem gets resolved soon!

      yup. I can't submit my update.

      EDIT: hmmm... still can't update.

      yes its a known issue, I succeeded today to connect (but GMT time) ... the problem exists since several days -- itunes connect is aware of this according to the developer forum

      Yes, there is a problem with the iTunes Connect, it's damn slow and broken.

      It was really slow with Firefox, but worked just fine with Chrome.

      iTunes was really slow for me yesterday afternoon, bad to the point that I found it faster to redeem promo codes on my iPod Touch than on the computer... :eek:

      It took me about 10 minutes to check my sales! iTunes Connect didn't want to load :(

      It just worked to let me update my game, some hopefully things are back to normal.

      downloading stuff from app store still not working for me in so cal or my friend in norcal

      I was finally able to submit my update. :) Seems to be fixed now.
