Man, I'm still laughing at the full unlock cost. It's a decent runner, and I'd have paid their usual premium price. Hell, with some more level variety and mission structure, I'd have picked this up on a console for $40-60. But $99? Lol no. Ah we'll, back to the grind. I know that's not compulsory, I just think its ballsy of them to ask (plus unlock still needs you need the creds to build I assume).

LOL yeah. You'll need to grind or yet IAP the stark credits before you can use the armors you unlock, even with gems

I expected the high IAP. The worst thing about this is the controls though. Both tilt and touch controls are finicky and tend to "stick" and then all of a sudden "jump" too far. It is too easy to smash into obstacles even when your reaction times are perfect. It is much less responsive then Temple Run's tilt controls. I'll jump back in when they update. I'm enjoying RUA2 much more for a freemium runner.

    This game is unplayable.

Missiles are impossible to avoid, especially when it lags.

So how is it that you get to the other two areas in the game beyond Malibu? I've played a good amount of the game, have completed a few of the daily missions, and have pumped in multiple continues at times to try and push further, but it just cycles through the same handful of encounters in the initial stage.

Not sure if I'm not getting far enough or if there's something else to it. Thanks!

I dunno how many has defeated Modok v1.0 yet, but he gives a whopping 30 gems. In a few hours i may have a shot at v2.0, and im crossing fingers for a bigger number.

  7. Man, I wish you could pay 99 cents to get rid of the continue timer, and just hit an end game button. Don't mind the other timers as much since bought my second suit today. So one suit can be timing, while I play another. Kinda seems like Real racing 3 in a way, that once you get 3 cars or suits, then the timers play a lesser role.

But I hate the continue countdown timer... Though it is probably only 15 seconds or so, it is an aggravating thing. Please gameloft, let us pay 99 cents to have a quick end game button! Or am I missing an easy quick way to end a game?

Really digging the game, but man, all this riffraff like in RR3 is a drag. Would be such a cool game, hopefully things will improve a little on the next update to make it a little more less timers. But we shall see.

Um.. you know you can tap the screen (outside the continue button) to speed up the countdown right? I usually just mash there and it takes like a second or two to finish.

  9. Thanks! That is exactly what I was wondering! I hit outside once, but it didn't seem to do anything, but if rapid tapping or continuous pressing works, then I will probably like the game alot more.

Thanks EP, you are da bomb!

Hey no prob... Actually each tap takes like about 1/10th to 1/8th of the bar away, so keep on tapping to get rid of the entire bar right away.

Holy crap! First time i got into the cityscape and the docks area and man did it look awesome!

Unfortunately, the sequences are all new to me so i got sent home packing at around 33k distance. I was supposed to fight The Living Laser at 35k, so i guess i'll have to play through this again. :)

Does this have gc? The AppStore says so but it never logs into gc and I couldn't find an option to log in manually

It uses Gamecenter, probably for leaderboards

The gc app says it has leaderboards and 30 achievements but I can't Log in which is lame because an endless runner without leaderboards makes no sense to me

I just beat 1.0, and moving on from there. A few more runs and I'll have the Mark 17 finally. I'm thinking that I'll have to buy the credits with my gems though. Otherwise, it'll be a long grind from the 29k to 60k lol.

There is GC leaderboards. I think the in-game achievements are also tied to the GC achievements list. Not sure, but i think someone also mentioned it in previous pages.

Same here... I bought credits with gems to buy the Mk 17. I think it's the best move without spending any IAP as the Mk 17 will then take you farther and farther which eventually will pay for itself. Plus, the daily missions are quite generous starting the first modok fight. The next fight after modok for me was living laser, and he gave me 25 gems. Not bad i guess, but im sure modok v2 and v3 will be more generous.

Confirmed that once you have unlocked the cityscape/docks, it will be rotated alternately in your runs. I unlocked cityscape/docks area when i first ran the Living Laser daily mission.

    About the continue timer bar...

That is almost a free mini game in itself! :D

Now, anyone know if this game will ever have Gameloft Duo Gamer Joystick support? Kinda doubt it cause you kinda have to tap on the screen to kill enemies, but joystick control in a game like this would be sweet, even if I had to tap on the screen to kill enemies. Would be cool to have each different button on the joystick hit a different zone (enemy). Please Gameloft, if you see this, consider this. Thanks! :D

Psshhh.... Gameloft won't even support games they said they would support with the Duo. Don't hope for it.
