By no means am I trying to sound like I am trying to sell us short. It's just that any form of human feedback regarding the game is just... Not used to that. On a more personal note to LordShad0wz. Billy, I am very sorry about what happened. It was sadly/embarrassingly -- and it pains me to mention this -- a serious budget issue at the time. From the get-go we grossly underestimated the amount of capital that would be needed for the independent development start-up and the project. Our projections and simulations were massively flawed. We still have much to learn and sort through the humungous pile of mistakes that we have made in getting to this point. Honestly, because of that we had to make more in-game and real world provisions so that Ire will get where we feel it needs to go. You may feel that immediately in the game, and there is that chance where some players will react adversely to the new build. Thus, I apologise in advance to you and everyone that played or will play Ire. Through feedback we are bound to receive, we will balance Ire accordingly. Nevertheless, we really, really hope to make it right with the renewal. But, we know we won't be able to strike the nail on our first try, even with this renewal. I shared your sentiment with the Tenbirds team, and we understand what you mean. All we can promise for now is that we will find a way to make this work so that people will be able to enjoy Ire. Thanks for pointing out what you did.
Thats the second shame here, that you are surprised by feedback (the first is, of course, Ires non-profitability). Well, get used to this: for the past months, Ires upcoming reboot has topped all my gaming wishlists I also want to support LordShad0wz on permanent IAP: to this day, I have never purchased currency or consumables in an iOS title. But as soon as there is a permanent unlock/doubler/etc (that doesn't discharge body fluids all over balance and progression. I don't foresee this ever being an issue in Ire ) in a freemium title I like, I spring for it so hard.

I doubt that you will respond, but what happened to the game? I just read the glowing review on this site for it, and when I looked for it on the AppStore, it wasn't there. I have been looking for a great game like this for a long time. It sucks that when I finally find one, it isn't even on the AppStore anymore.
I believe the game has undergone a MAJOR overhaul, and is currently in beta testing on Android. Tenbirds took v1 down while v2 is in this testing phase. I'm finding the wait a little painful, as the game (v1) is absolutely outstanding, and we can't play it at the moment. But the huge number of improvements sound like they will be worth the wait. Sounds like it'll be even more of a Dark Souls / Monster Hunter hybrid than it already is!
Per the devs facebook page there is a server reset tomorrow as they prepare for hard launch. The devs said in the post that the game will launch for iOS after the the app approval process is completed

I can't think of many gaming experiences for iOS I've enjoyed like or as much as Ire. I really believe it might be one of the best games for the platform, and that its relaunch is an event of massive (and unrecognized, which I suppose takes away from the massivity) significance.
Bought time, I missed this game and am glad my character progress will be in tact. If u haven't played Ire yet definitely download it when it's rereleased.
