So I have an Ipod touch 3gen and the home seems to become less sensetive over time and i have to push it harder everytime. Is there a way to fix this?

Go to Apple for a repair, or jailbreak and use Activator to set another way of getting to your homescreen.

Yeah I've recently noticed the same. Same device too.

Mine has been shitty almost since I first got my 4th gen. Sometimes I'll press it and it does nothing. I'll press it again and it will show up. What's worse is when you double tap it to bring up the multi-tasking and sometimes it only registers once click, and it just minimizes the app. Really lame.

This is exactly what happens to mine! But I have the triple click enabled and when I multitask it reads my double click as a triple amd it gets really annoying :/.

The home button not working properly like this should be covered by the warranty. Its considered normal wear and tear. I have had my iPhones replaced for this reason several times.

Same problem, never had an issue with my 2nd gen.

Also, it thinks I double tap from single taps a lot.
