I dont care if it has cameras or not.....id rather have a dedicated camera...much better quality. As for facetime..i dont think i would ever use it..not many of my freinds even have an ipod touch
well i want the camera cause i always have my ipod with me.. i do not have a camera with me.. so i sorta want it. like what most people use there cell cameras for.. random pictures on the freeway or whatever, id like to play with the barcode apps too. chris.
The camera would barely be any better than a cellphone camera, which I'm guessing you have. It's just too small a frame.
IT would depend on the quality...I dont really have any experince with the iphones camera...but i would still rather have a dedicated camera..12+ megapixles...all that fun stuff
naw i do not own a cell phone nor do i need one. if i had one i would not care if the ipod had a camera. chris.
yeah if i was going to take pictures id def want a dedicated device ment for such.. i just want the cellphone camera thing as i do not need a cell and always have my ipod with me.. but hell if the ipod dose come with a camera.. i guess ill find out if ill use it or not. my guess is probably not all that much.. so yeah at this point i guess dose not really matter. even tho this whole face time thing is interesting as its open.. so could be useful for the people who video chat everyday.. im not one of them.. i would turn people to stone. but it is interesting that apple has fixed the issue with only being able to use numbers.. but the fix could just be for other cell phones... and the ipod may not get it.. but jobs did say he was expecting X amount of face time by end o fthe year so sorta makes since ipod would get it. get kids using it.. which would mean when they are adults they would expect it.. and could be interesting what jobs vision of the cell phone is in 10 years. im sure he is looking that far. he is a dreamer ill give him that. chris.

200.00 would be nice. laughs.. i have put away 500.00 for next month. would be nice to have some extra pennies left over for guitar gear if they come out with a 8gig model i guess people will be careful to make sure its the latest version, lots of people were pissed when they updated to iso4.. but iguess there fault for not doing research and listening to the sales clerk. chris. chris.
Almost all of those are likely for the refresh; $199 would be for the 16GB. Retina and gyro are a given as they would bring the iPods in line with current app-supported hardware. Bigger battery would be contingent upon a new redesign, which itself is questionable. The camera is likely to happen -- they added one to the Nano last year so it would be silly if they passed over the Touch again this year.
Thats seems about right...its probably what it will have. I think there is a pretty good chance for cameras...though it might cut into iphone sales.
People buy phones for the sake of having phones. MP3 players a whole other market. Plus, Some people like the phones they have and don't want to change over to AT&T, don't want to break contract, or don't have a need to. Adding in a camera won't suddenly cut down in iPhone sales when the people who have iPod Touches dont want a new phone in the first place.
