dont know if this is the right place to ask but i got problems with my ipod touch 4 ( iOS4.2.1)(jailbreak) i was playing an online game and i locked my screen and when i wanted to unlock my device it didnt respond to anything i tried< home button, on off button sound buttons( yes i tried holding home and on/off button for 30 seconds but still nothing) and when i put my device on recharger or pc it doesnt respond either so .....if any of u got idea's please help me
No way to diagnose or help from what you describe, if holding the power button and home button do nothing your only chance is letting the power run out completely and hoping it then takes a charge. This is where taking the battery out of most things helps but apple knows best and they are probably banking on you taking it to an apple store and paying to have it fixed or replaced.
