Ok so my ipod's accelerometer is acting up it stopped working a long time back. I've been able to reset all setting to make it work for a few minutes but then it happens again. Anyone have this problem or any way to help?
i had the same issue I had the same problem (Ipod touch 3g 32gb purchased last december). Sometimes I could get it to work after doing a full reset, but then it would just go bad again for no reason. For a long time I though it might be a certain game or program, but I finally just took to the apple store and sure enough the accel chip was bad. if it is still under warranty it is better to just take it in and get a new one. sorry. I know it sucks.
