      Can you download/play games on it without getting a contract or paying a huge fee?

      Well for the iPhone You can choose not to get a data plan, and just use home wifi to download/play games. So you can use an iPhone as an iTouch with texting and calling.

      Yea but lets say a person gives me the iPhone 4S so I can use home wifi and play it without taking it to AT&T and turning it on?

      Just throw it on airplane mode and switch on wifi and you should be all good and ready to go.

      Anyone have a spare 4s or 4 :)? Damn wanna play ravensword 2 but don't have the money to get a iPhone.

      Nah I rather have something smaller and as long as I can play ravensword 2 and TWEWY and a few more I would be happy oh and bastion. Heck got the games from the sales and few gifted just need the phone but with out the big payments.
