      Does anyone know what the possibilities are for using your backup, or app/game save files?

      For example;

      If my iPhone is stolen; could I use my old backup?

      If my PC is stolen, but I saved the backup online; could I sync my iPhone with the new PC with the old backup without losing files?

      Both of those? Could you tell me how? Because when I got my new PC I was unable to reload the old backup.
