So, I finally upgraded from my 4S 8 gig to a 5S 32 gig, and wow, what a difference. My new phone straight out of the box only had like 26.7 gigs of free space. I'm sure some of the used space is the iOS and Apple apps that are preinstalled, but that's still a lot of storage that I'd like to use for my own stuff. Any tips on how to free up any of it? Thanks, Richard
It's surprising how much space they take, wouldn't be so bad if you could delete the ore installed stuff. Not so much to free up space but a little tip to save some, don't access your email from the mail app as it stores them and hogs memory, use a web browser instead, I had no idea about it storing the data on the device and my email was hogging over 300 mb of my storage.
Unconfirmed rumors also state that the "S" in the iPhone 6S (to be released in 2015) will stand for "Soup", because the exclusive new feature will be that it prepares you a delicious winter snack.
