I come seeking the great wisdom of all the TA forum goers I'm getting my first iPhone, a 4s and I cant decide on the color to get. I know this is largely a personal preference but as someone who owns a black ipad2 and ipod touch I was wondering if the white distracted from the screen. I've read that black is a much more natural border whereas the white can be a distraction to games and videos. Does anyone have some personal input and preference white vs black? Thanks for the help!
My dad bought a white ipad and it looks fantastic. Its a nice break from seeing all the normal black ones. I would however suggest getting a black iphone. The iphone looks great black but the ipad looks better white. Get the black iphone then on your next ipad purchese get a white one
Until few days ago I said "black, no doubt"...yesterday I had the opportunity of trying the white 4s for a bit, walking in a crowded street of the city where I live...well, guys, it's chic; it's gorgeous!!!! Take the white one...I'm trying to sell my black 4s in order to buy a white 4s!
nah, in the rare occasions that you will actually get dirt on your device, removing it will probably be as easy as wiping it off the surface. the white surface does show scratches more easily, but if take care of your device then it shouldn't pick up scratches that easily, if at all. and even if you do gain the odd scratch - it just gives the device a distinguishable look
Really? I have the white iPhone and I can't see a single scratch on it unless I hold it right under the light. my mom has a black iPhone but the scratches are easily seen because the black one is more reflective.
Well if I could buy an iPod I would prefer black as it is my favourite colour and it looks much better with the shape and the product.
