I have the white bumper and I'm bored of it, it's getting battered and the rubber starts to discolour if you keep it in your jean pockets etc... That's being used for when I go out to work and need quick access to it. Otherwise, I'm using my SGP premium leather flip case. It's pretty snazzy looking, not sure about the durability however. If I was going for any case on the program, I'd go for the clear snap case.
I've been thinking. Thinking about what I really want from a case. And what I want is protection on back sides and front, but I don't want to be taking it in and out (like a pouch case). So I thought, could there be a case with a retractable metal screen cover that retracts into the back of the case? Kind of like the retracting security gates people use on shops. But I've seen some designs where the metal cover is segmented and this allows it to bend around corners. I can't remember what I've seen it on, but I'm pretty sure it exists. It would be awesome if there was a case like this. Does anyone know any like this?
I own 2 iPods (2nd gen and 3rd gen, that I no longer use except for beta-testing because I have an iPad but I still get iPod-res games on it), and my mom has an iPhone 4 that I take care of for her (e.g. Can you charge my iPhone for me?). The phone I have is the enV, first generation (there are 4 enV's now) so you can see why I'd want a new phone. The enV first gen is nearly 5 years old. Aaaaand..... iPod Touch, iPad, and iPad? Typo. I understood what you meant though.
I was looking for the best and cheapest cover for my iPhone 4 before my free Apple case arrives. There are tons of affordable ones, but cheap and best are not compatible. i once got a plastic protective case for iPhone 4 for only $2.99, but apparently, it is just a ordinary one. So i picked Griffin Reveal Etch from Apple free app program. It is a skin type cover with rubberized edges. It retails for $29.99. I hope it is a decent one because it costs me too much.
