This case is so highly defensible I can't even believe it. qasim specifically said that he wants to upgrade, but can't because his dad doesn't want to pay for his toy. He already knows how he wants to spend his money. People such as worldcup1100 and yourofl10 are merely suggesting that he stop dwindling in dependency and get employed. Go rant about people telling others how to spend their cash somewhere else, 'cause you've got no reason to here.
Cut the crap people. You asked for multitasking, you got multitasking. Don't expect your device to always be supported: shell out the cash or have the limited OS 4.

I don't care if he said he wants the upgrade or not, it's rude and uncalled for all of your little spoiled brats to sit around and make statements like "go get a job" or "57 weeks of saving $10 = $570" and so on. Well knowing Apple's refresh rate there will be one and the release of it will be a few days before the release of iOS4 and if you want to go into conspiracy theory That is why the iPad version wont be out till fall there will be a new iPad before the release
