I'd personally get the iPad. I've had a great time with games on it. The huge touch screen is just so nice for games. I have an iPhone 3G still, but don't plan on upgrading to the iPhone 4 anytime soon. There will start to be more and more games made especially for the iPad, and when given a choice I will always get the iPad version (unless it's too expensive compared to the iPhone ver.) If the iPads keep selling at the rate they have been, I think the pool of quality games will keep going up as more developers focus on it. Anyway, good luck on choosing what's right for you!
