I really can't see the haptic technology making it; it's a very late rumour… and one that just seems to 'make sense' given that the 'And touch.' has yet to be understood… I would be amazed and it would be amazing though. Can't wait to see the conference! Came home early from work just to see what this thing has inside/outside it!!!

So to sum up the new iPad. - Retina display - A5X processor - Improved camera - 1080p video recording - Voice dictation - 4G LTE Not bad, kind of what we expected though. No big suprises.
Well, looks like i'll stick with my ipad 2 for another year! I'm sure the new display will be nice but in general it was all the basic 'expected' stuff... Here's hoping MS Office will be announced shortly....
It's kind of sad that Apple has altogether stopped producing revolutionary products and now only produces slow boring evolutions of existing ones. With the exception of the faster processor and retina display all those should have been in last years model. Right now they're showing off updated versions of existing apps and talking about how wonderful they are. I'll hold off any final judgements until I actually watch the video of the event but right now I'm completely unimpressed.
