What's the best way to sell the original iPad to get the new one? How much do apps and music included increase the value of the first gen? Finally; is it even worth it to get the second gen?

    Thanks!

Well for one, I don't think you will want to sell your iPad with all your apps on it, for the person you sell it to will need y our account info to use them. And I don't think you want someone else with your info LOL. eBay dude!

Just keep the first gen, you can't resell the apps, because one, its illegal and two, you would have to give them your info. Sell it on ebay or craigslist or something, but personally, I'd just stick with the first gen, unless you have a surplus of money.

Unless you play a lot of games, travel, or use facetime, it isn't a good idea to get the second gen.

My knowledge of first sale laws is that to resell digital material, you must sell the hardware the files are physically located on as well. This is clearly outdated and impractical, but it's what we've got. But of course you need an account password so it doesn't matter.

Not much of a difference between 1 and 2. Wait a year (I web heard an iPad 3 would be out bride Xmas this year) for another, bigger leap. Go with that. Most iPod/phone users skip a generation.

This seems extremely unlikely now unless Apple is planning a 7" model with a higher resolution display. The processor and RAM would be the same configuration as the iPad 2 if that is actually happening.

That's a huge load of bull dude. Show me some kind of credible source saying that. iPad comes out once a year in March. iPhone in July, and iPods in September.
