Not that I know of, but I'm fairly new to the forum and haven't done a full search - so such a thread could certainly exist. It now seems to be the norm for most games to be made/released as universal, I just happened upon a patch that wasn't. There are universal games on the list; I don't know of any that are iPad only.
That's a good idea; time permitting I could add one but it might become messy if there get to be a lot of iPad titles. In the main list when i see an iPad exclusive I try to indicate [iPad]; so you could potentially search this thread for term "iPad.". Many games are also Universal (Bastion, Silversword, Battleheart, Dungeon Plunder, Questlord, etc). Some iPad exclusives off top of my head are: Companions, Baldur's Gate, Brigands and Barbarians HD, Avernum, Avadon, Dungeon Masters... there are more, I'm sure.
Where did you get that idea? In the App Store, if you search for games you can choose between searching for iPad-optimized games, and searching for iPhone games, but either will run on your iPad. If it lets you buy and download it, then it will run on your device. There are almost no iOS apps that you can't run at all. I play lots and lots of "iPhone games" in my iPad.
Oh, really? I just got my iPad earlier in the month and was told (by the place I bought it from) that iPhone-only apps wouldn't work on my iPad. I assumed they knew what they were talking about so I didn't double-check. Here I've been eyeing all sorts of apps I thought were iPhone only like a puppy with my nose pressed against the glass this whole time. Thank you for telling me! I may not be heard from for several months.
iPad RPG list I would also include games that play significantly different on the iPad even if they are universal on an iPad RPG list. I know I took advantage of the extra size when making B and B HD.

Thanks for the lists. It could be nice if you could add to the name if is iPhone 5 supported. Just my thought thought.
That's a good idea; I've been meaning to reformat this list when I've got time and if I can I will add an indication of games I know support 5G widescreen.

I have previously given Cryptikx credit in the card based RPG section; that guy seems to love card RPGs. Do you have a reliable source regarding Wild Frontier 2 coming soon to iOS? If so I will add it to upcoming games.
