WANTED: Lead iOS Programmer for iPhone/iPad app development Company: Orange Monkey Media is a startup media company in Burlington, Ontario. Our focus is on mobile app development, commercial video projects, and networking media services. Currently we are looking for an iOS programmer to be the lead coder in a new project. We are looking for a reliable programmer who is a proven a team player. This is a small start, but there are large dreams. The initial contract is for approximately six weeks, with potential to be extended. Where: Burlington, Ontario Contract: Approx 6 weeks. Potential to go longer with other projects Payment: Commensurate with experience, plus commission bonus Education: A recent undergrad or masters degree in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. We need someone who can make an iOS game with us. An engineer if necessary, but not necessarily an engineer. Experience: Apple app development would be a huge asset. Can you program an intermediate iPad/iPhone app? If not, dont apply. Human Skills: Sense of humour, easy going, friendly, hard working, motivated, and thoughtful. Languages: English Fluency. Ability to translate English to popular language an asset. Primary Skills: iOS Programming for iPad and iPhone. Xcode, Objective C. Additional Primary: Interface Design. GUIs. Secondary Skills: Networking the App to Facebook. eCommerce. PHP. Graphic Design Tertiary Skills: There may be an opportunity for additional hours on a separate contract, if the applicant has operative skills with AutoCAD 2011 used for interior design, or applicable experience. Gamer Skills: It will help if you have gaming experience and insight, especially with iPhones. If you are bored by video games, don't apply.
