When you're on a page in safari, type a word in the google search bar at the top right corner and it'll give you a dropdown list of possible matches on the page. As far as printing goes, it looks like only certain HP printers work. I wish you could just connect to any wifi printer on your network, but apparently you can't.
Like any arbitrary hardware, printers need drivers so the system knows how to communicate with it, even over WiFi. Unless you have a WiFi client/server-based app that lets the computer deal with the language barrier instead of the mobile device (and even then there are limitations) you need OEMs to supply drivers for your printer. Some OEMs are rumoured to be thinking about or working on drivers (Kyocera, Epson, Kodak and Xerox that I've heard so far) but we'll have to wait and see what materializes.
