How long (in hours [approx.]) until iOS 4.0 comes out? I have today off, but I have school tomorrow and I just wanted to know if I would have it today. Cheers.
It think it normally comes out sometime midday EST in the states, but I am not sure how that time converts to Australian time.

None of that is the official Apple release to the public, and I believe that is what the OP is taking about.
Ok, but for those of us wanting the official release, when can we expect to see it? Does anyone know? I'm wondering if tomorrow means midnight tonight, or at some unknown time tomorrow?

I really hope they release it at a midnight. It would be awesome if they did. I'm switching Internet services this week, and the service I have now might get cut off mid-day tomorrow. I'd like to have iOS4 installed before that happens so I can be all cool and up-to-date and stuff.
If I wait for the iTunes one it won't delete my things, but is there a way to shift restore it without losing my data because I don't want to wait either.
Updated today, and loving it so far. Downsized from 14 pages to 4 pages thanks to the folders. Multitasking doesn't seem to be working properly though, it seem when I switch to and from an app it just launches from it where it would normally from a normal launch and not wherever I last started.
So i guess no EST midnight release. Anyone thinking it will release midnight PST or just some random time tomorrow?
