Thank you for this lovely app. The control works great. I've always been a fan of Space Invaders and this game brings much more to the original's gameplay. Thanks to the dev for this wonderful oppurtunity to review this game.
Fun game, great graphics especially the background skylines. The ability to fine tune the sensitivity of the accelerometer is a plus. True to the original with the flair of the iPhone thrown in. I think it might be nice to be able to control left/right arrows in the bottom too instead of tilting only. Also maybe make upgrades slightly easier to get to. Instead of only being able to hit the mothership for upgrades, maybe if the player can shoot out a whole column in a row without missing or some other sort of difficult achievement could also release an upgrade to be captured. Overall very well done, with only those couple things to be desired.
Made me remember my atari and nintendo days,,,,, ahh childhood. Seriously great game just wish the tilt went a tad faster.
Thanks for the review. Just to add a little note to say that if you hit the "game controller" powerup which then unlocks the sub game (Fireball Frenzy) - you usually can pick up one or two powerups in there
