GameSpot just did an excellent interview with Warren Spector (the creative lead of games such as System Shock, Deus Ex, and most recently Epic Mickey) for their Behind the Games series. The guy is a true pioneer in the industry, and he comes across as both confident (without being arrogant) and delightfully self-effacing. Check it out here.
