Hi, I just got a $10 gift card for iTunes and this morning I was eager to spent it on World of Goo, which is a title that I have been looking very much forward to. Because the gift card could only be used in the US, I had to make an american account. I have entered the gift card and iTunes does show that I have $10 on my account but when I try to buy the game, I get the error that I have "Insufficient credits remaining". Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have e-mailed Apple, but because I'm so eager to get my hands "in the goo", I am hoping that you can advice me.
In which state did you make the American account? If it's a state that charges tax (such as New York), $10 will not be enough to buy a $10 game.
