      Is it possible to someway to install apps on an iOS device without syncing with iTunes?

      You can install them from the App Store app on the device. Just log in with whatever Apple ID you used to purchase the app. Re-downloading purchased apps is free.

      Should have clarified this, was issued an iPad from school, but they blocked app store, safari,ect. I was wondering if it was possible to somehow install the app using one of those programs where you can install mods and the like.
