Zenonia, Terminator, CJS, Real Racing, F.A.S.T., Prey Invasion, Peggle, Hill Billy, Pocket God, Mecho Wars, Dark Hill, and Assassin's Creed. These are my favorite games that I always play.
Lol I plan on deleting CJS the day I finish it. It gets so boring and there is no way I'll play it after I finish.
Hm... I hate to post a list, but currently: LatKin, NineGaps, Sudoku Grab, USA Today Crosswords/all my other crossword apps, Solitaire City, and Word Scramble. Those will be around on my iPhone forever. I also doubt I could bring myself to delete Galcon or DinoSmash online. Replayability is key for this factor. Plus, I'm an absolute sucker for logic/word games.
Peggle, Pocket God, GL Golf Deluxe, Elemental Monsters TD, and MAYBE Archon (I'm absolutely loving it so far and with multiplayer added...)
Real Racing, Flight Control, Baseball Slugger: Home Run Race 3D, Star Defense, Defender Chronicles, Toki Tori will never be deleted from my iPhone.
Man There are so many to name but i can give you several that will never get deleted...in no particular order - PuzzleQuest - Brothers in Arms - Real Racing - Peggle - Star Defense - Zenonia - Caster - Flick Fishing - Isotope - Beatmaker (I know its not a game but this pretty much was one of the main reason i got a Touch!!!) There are so many more but this is a solid amount.
It's extremely rare that I get an app that I want to delete from my Touch. I don't see any need to. So this would probably be a long list, but I will say I can't see Crosswords or Peggle even leaving my front page. Galcon and Flight Control have had fairly permanent spots as well.
if i had to pick just three games, they'd be geoDefense, Galaxy on fire, and Galcon. Although ideally we would have 37 home screens and deleting an app would be moot.
Orions: Legend of Wizards, Zen Bound and Glyder (the latter two because I've worked so hard for my scores on them!)
