btw chaos combination is worn item (meaning any equip that u wanna upgrade) + 3k gold + 2 pieces of strength + 2 magic branches, but theres a 50% upgrading or degrading chance.. and the item requirement level will go up.. so the better the item is ex. a sword+12 will upgrade by a larger factor than just a regular sword.. so yea!! Every single gain has a cost in it..

I noticed in the combination thing it says "Magic branch(2)+"
    whats the "+" for.

also does anyone have a list of items and where one can find it

and what are some good things to spend your magic crystal and flower on?

chaos scroll combination = worn item (any equipment,sword,armor,shield,w/e) u wanna upgrade + 3k gold + 2 magic branches + 2 pieces of strength.. but theres a 50% chance the item may upgrade or degrade but the item lvl requirement will always go up. if the item is really good then its upgraded or degraded by a larger factor.. so be careful when doing it! Just like every single gain has a cost to it, hope i made ur day ^^

magic crystal is easy for me to find lol. i have more trouble finding pieces of str and magic branches.. and my friend has the combination scroll: 3 pieces of another dimension makes 1 piece of str. and 3 spirit root makes 1 magic branch.. i hate him lol.. but yea just hit jars later on.. at higher lvl places
i'd spend it on gladiators helm combination scroll.. its worth it.. the burning fist is good for mages. and iron legging is soso.. not that great. so yea! gl

Oh and where's that dragon cave xP

Oh and I'm lv42 and I'm farming the Exotic Root boss in Deep Forest Maze, it used to give me 7% exp but now it's giving me 4% I don't know If I should stay or go train somewhere else, in that case, where should I train? i've got a lv42 Knight and a Lv41 Priest and Mage in my party

    Dream Merc's

Finally, I now have a handful of merc's with top of the line skills. :) I'm having a little trouble debating which one's to use though...Any opinions on the matter would be greatly appreciated. I've currently got:

61 Thief (Main): Double Dagger/Killer Instinct Thief. With my stealth, Killer Instinct, and the move steal, I can do about 5k~ damage on a crit. This is pretty much the tank of the team. She has learned the thief's sealed skill, and evades like a mofo. Since she's my main, I have no choice but to keep her. Crit: 28% dmg: 231

60 Priest (#1 merc): Heal/Crit/Hammer Stun Priest. One of the best finds in the game for me. Priest with all but 2 skills. She's got the Wrath of God skill, which increases crit +24% for 15 seconds, so she's a great addition to my thief's party. With Killer Instinct and this skill, bosses die in seconds. I decided to not get any status effecting skills, because the seem kinda hoakie. I'm a damage per second kind of guy anyway, chasing confused enemies isn't my thing. (Honestly, King of Orc's dies in 3 seconds...getting tired of farming him. Any good named slayer bosses to farm for items? Thief/Magician Items needed~)

So those are the Two I'm sticking with for sure. I'd be nuts to give up this Wrath of God priest...anyhow, now I have to decide whether to go with either a Mage, Thief, or Knight as my 3rd Merc. The problem is they all have skills/traits I desire...

    I've got a 61 Magician, with Summon Active, Summon Passive, and Contract of Blood. Also max hellfire/contract of authority/ Explore Intelligence. Planning to learn Master of Magic soon as I get enough levels. This magician is missing the first two passive skills, which worries me. I remember the first one being a move that raises critical chance...now that's a real bummer. I've got this great crit team going, and I really don't want a 3rd merc that can't take advantage of that. But I could use the magic damage dealer, since my thief dishes out most of the physical damage...not to mention the summons is really nifty...4 > 3 anyday, amiryte? Downside is I threw away most of my decent mage equips, so now I'd have to start fresh on raking in some new ones. ~_~;

Next Merc I have is 60 Thief, Missing the Double Dagger skill, Blind Strike (whocares), and Dexterity skills. Now having another thief (with 27% crit after equipping her) is very nice. But it's frusterating that she can't take full advantage of her crit because she's missing her Double Dagger skill. :( So she's mastered Assassin's sword/ Killer Strike/ Steal/ and Evil Skills. She's a decent damage dealer, with 201 dmg, and she is the current 3rd position in my team. I feel it's kinda overkilling the whole physical damage thing though. I'd hate to get to a dungeon and discover monsters with high p.def, and be stuck with a priest to deal most damage. ~___~;; Other than that, she's very good. (Icing on the cake? 2 thieves with max steal. I love see'ing two bags of gold on either side of a monster...:) especially at these levels. Finally getting 500+gold a kill)

And last is my Knight, who my thief currently replaced. He's got all skills except the the 2 Level 10 passive skills, and 1 level 10 Active Skill (I think it's Wind Sword...::Shrugs:: not sure.) Mastered Absolute Defense, Shield Training, sword of Light, Training, Blow of Justice, and War Cry. This knight sure helped me through some rough times....I beat the boss with this guy. His warcry skill (Increases att speed for 6 seconds) is amazing. Sure it's only 6 seconds, but if you buff yourself right you can make those 6 seconds do 24 seconds worth of damage. ^_^ But alas, I found the knight class to be too weak themselves, not dealing enough damage per second. Sure, the hp and defense was nice, but it's hard enough to keep your priest alive when monsters are aggroing on her, especially when with 100dmg an attack with 11% crit.

So those are my choices. Really it boils down between the thief and the mage for me....I'd really like to get my mage going, but is it worth swapping her out with my theif? This is a crit party afterall...but the mage could turn out to be a powerhouse in the later levels, and I don't want to waste time re-training another merc. So it's time to make a decision! :D Any output would be greatly appreciated on this, I'm really enjoying this game, and am open to all opinions and facts.

Side Note: Early 60's, what's a good boss to farm for thief/mage equipment? I'm looking for rare/epic equipment, maybe something that raises crit/att. =3

    Next, I've got a

finally i did kill "King of Rat", but used ton of resource - 23 Resurrection Scrolls + 30 HP Potion(L)

I did it in hard way. I keep my priest at the center of circle, my mage keep running around where he always chasing me, so my priest can keep fire on him and do healing, yea my mage can do fileball as well; but sometime he will kill my priest when she healing. My knight can block him for a while but not long enough; my summoned monster can only survive for 4~5 hits...

when my party member falling down, I keep use Resurrection Scroll following by a large potion; that done well and finally I kill him.

jesus cry, I hope the coming bosses are not that hard to kill

"Sealed dungeon 5: Maggot Cave" here I come :D

Hey you mention maggot I never say that, don't put your mouth on me. All bosses are easy until that one, try it out first before jump to to the conclusion. You keep saying leech, you probably only did one boss of all. Move your lazy-s to try & don't just sit there screaming I did one I did one it's easy
