tank is not need when you have ranger with +1000 dmg bow and awesome armors rangers got stun skills, group stealth skills which make them really good character to kite boss to the end. They wear mail armor which also gives some survivility. Uses bows and crossbows

Wow... I started this with a Knight, the an Assassin?, but then I figured out that you can't improve stats, so I started over. I...Love....The........Templar! It's SO much more fun playing as him! I'm not even mad about starting over!

You can improve stats, you get +1 stat gain every 5 levels. However, whether if the stat gain is random or not is not confirmed.
Noob question :/ Magic connection armor = quest or drop ? I've had to of killed over a months worth of monsters in the past few days and have yet to see it drop .
