the arena system is designed to match even lv100 user with lv1 user. Even so, I should be able to get in at least... The guides are all over place and most importantly they are in Korean. Web translators don't really work with all the fantasy terms unfortunately..
there is no best class...(but ranger class...which will come out in later version is said to be overpowered) it's really like wow. mage class is good at AoE. Rogue is better at single target. mage needs to be controlled by user. If not, they suck. So more than 1 mage is not a good idea. Templer is generally boring class. Priest can be used for dd but they are weak compared to others. If you are playing mage...I'd recommend getting tank warrior and priest...you will need them to defeat bosses. btw, I find this game really really tried to imitate wow. I definitely feel like aggro system exists, too. When my tank keeps missing attacks and my priest gives big heals, the mob turns to the priest. Same for mage when she crits. Warrior's taunt is like adding threat value to mobs around him. If mob already has too much threat on other characters, it won't affect it in short term. I really had hard time beating bosses with mage tank priest combo because of this. I speced my tank to full defense. His weapon was decent but whenever the boss was higher level than mine, he missed a lot and heal from priest made the boss killed the priest. So I had to either level up more so warrior takes less damage/miss less, or turn off mage's magic and priest's auto heal and use potions (which is kinda expensive). For 2 bosses, I was lazy to level up more,(when the boss's name was orange or red to me), I had to try like 40 times to defeat him lol aggro management was pain in the ass. this game had icos copied off wow when earlier screenshots were released...the warrior had charge and challenging shout icon identical to those of wow warrior.
sooo, since i main a warrior, what should my party be made up of? currently, im using a priest, and mage as my AI players...
okay im having problems with match-up too (non-jb) anyways thats not the main question anyone can tell me precisely how the armour enchanting works? like if it fails what will happen? does it work if i just save before and then enchant, if fail just load save game? wahts a save enchanting limit? cheers
that's a good combo. Your warrior can go offensive or defensive. If you go offensive, you will have fun, but won't be able to tank after end-game contents (after final boss) in case you didn't know, you usually get to beat final story boss around lv55, after that few quests and many dungeons(blocked by gravestone right now) become available, which you might play or not.
armor enchant increases armor value(not much) upto 5 enchants on the same piece, no chance of failure. after that you have to be on network mode to apply the enchant, in case you fail you are doomed (saved!) as long as i know, people only risk enchanting on weapons...more armor doesn't really mean anything...(prolly worth something on tank's plate body armor, which has tons of armor value) EDIT: not to be confused with those green gems. Green gems can be used only once. It will overwrite it if used again. These don't fail.
Thief(dual wield) and knights(2h weps) can both get high attack stats, in defense knights have more hp and probably tank more, but in terms of damage, thief can dish out alot of crits, which is probably more favorable if you wana kill fast.
I disagree with your last sentence. I have a level 53 mage and the summoned creature tanks really well, especially against bosses. The low level summoned monsters suck...but once you get to some of the high level summoned demons, they're actually quite useful when used properly. This is just the experience I had with my mage mercenary though...your experience might be different. My party consisted of me (Priest), and a tank specced warrior, and the split specced mage (half into summoning, half into damage spells). I got rid of my thief to get the mage, and am thinking of swapping out my current shield tank warrior for a two handed specced one.
well i wanna kill fast and look good and badass doing it....think animations liek zenonia when you kept hitting attack button to do different attack animations
How to get rid of theif??? I have priest. Me a warrior and a theif ..i now have magician seal...buuuuuuuuut i can get it..they say my party is full...i cant get rid. Of theif i even made him be killed in fight but still they say my party is full
oh my bad, later game i meant was game after you beat final boss. If it's your mercenary then you will be fine. I heard if your main is summoner mage and you plan to use it for later (lv60~100), it won't be good enough (and there's no skill reset). Btw, does anyone find potion prices to be too expensive?
You can go to the party menu and discharge the thief from your group. If you have room in the inn, the thief will go there and wait in the room at the top of the inn. Then just go talk to the innkeeper again and use the seal to get the magician. If you have too many people in the merc room in the inn, you'll have to discharge someone from that room as well, but be careful...if you discharge them from that room, you won't be able to get them back...so if there is nice equipment on them, make sure to unequip it for other chars to use or to sell.
Thanks guys its hard decision ..coz i have healer main priest..and i have 2 killer the warrior and theif ...do u think i dismiss theif for magical?? Or keep theif??Or dismiss warrior?
does anyone know where i can find goblin sappers? and yeah, potions are too expensive, especially large MP potions
some good places to get seals? right now im in the elf dungeon. does anyone know when the blacked caves open up? and where can u lvl up once ur like lvl 70+?? and are there items for lvl 100??
not sure what goblin sapper is (i played in different language) if you got quest relating to dragon and dragon armor...and need toolbox or w/e from goblin kind, it's in troll place east of droden(?). I find pots are too expensive, when I can afford small pots, they don't give enough health at my level...and this phenomenon repeats... Interesting thing about original game is people usually start with like 0.1-1 million money, not sure how exactly but it involves cash items and friend's support,so they don't have any money issue :/ also they used to buy mercenaries(even rare ones...I wonder how rare one can be obtained in iphone version), items with cash. I really hope com2us don't plan to add cash items to make money....
Ah ok....but there is a skill reset though. It takes 5k resources (from PvP) last I checked, so it won't be an easy thing to do. That's why having mercenaries is so great, because you can try out different builds on different mercs. The hard part is getting the right seals. I still have yet to find a Templar seal, although I've probably gone through maybe 30+ seals? They drop a lot more frequently when you get to higher levels...at least that's what I noticed.
