I think they're automatically added. What I wanted to know is if there is any way to delete a skill and relocate the points. Right now I'm just using a thief for the max damage and survivability, until I get some decent gear. And later thinking of changing it to a stun type build for PVP.
rofl ever thought about that the gravestone in front of a cave entrance is at its right place? MAybe you should not enter the cave at this time? but no... that sounds ridiculous... The gravestone must be wrong!
Oh right. Seems a bit strange, since most action RPGs give you the choice to distribute your new stat points as you like to get the right builds and such. And I'd also be interested to see if there's any respec options
I love it when anyone compares anything to WoW. There is nothing in WoW that is unique to other predecessors. Any style in WoW you are comparing came first somewhere else. You have GOT to be kidding me. Have you even BOTHERED to look at the TRASH Square has released on the iPhone? It's officially impossible for your impressions to hold any water now.
just a question guys, i got my first warrior seal to hire a mercenary right at the beginning, but i've been around almost all of the map now and haven't got a second one to have a third party member, any idea how i get this?
I actually much PREFER not being able to allocate stat points. I admit, one thing that worries me is that I have not been able to find any way to reset your skill points to respec. There should be an expensive consumable that resets the skills for one character. The game is going awesome - I have two main characters: a level 20 priest and a level 28 priest. I made the first priest in order to test out the skills, and now the second priest is my permanent char. I adore my little priest. I agree with the one previous poster about the intro video - WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WHEN THEY MADE THAT INTRO VID IT'S F'N TERRIBLE LOL. Anyway - the game is my favorite 2D rpg (along with ChronoTrigger). Micro managing three characters is so fun. Some builds I've tried so far are, with priest main, priest + knight + templar; priest + mage + templar (healer/dps/tank), and I'm currently trying priest + mage + mage. I really, really adore my priest, but I wish there is a skill reset, and I wish I knew what level skills cap at (since I have one at lv10, and it's not capped), and whether there is a level cap for my character. Take care!
This is my favorite game in the ipod and best rpg imo. It is very polished and there is so much content.
I bought the game and it's really fun, lots of work and it's MUCH better than the first one. One of my favourite RPGs now. Only gripe is that I wish the health bar was extended so that we have more reaction time to use potions, e.g. a boss that can kill you in a few hits. The health bar is really tiny. Also, this game somewhat reminds me of the dungeon and hero game published by Chillingo, although that game was really lousy and this game is really good.
Is this game better than the first one? I bought the first, played for like 5 minutes, and was like "meh"
Yeah the bars at the top left of the screen need to be much bigger, can hardly see it myself. Also, I think most people would agree with me that the intro movie could probably do without the cheesy voiceover, even just text and the visuals would be fine.
So I've been playing since it came out but might be running into problems the classes I hired only have 2-3 skills they can do and all the others are blacked out and say 00 below them and it won't even let me try to train that skill I'm just wondering if other people have this problem because when it comes to the online I die super quick because the ghost has all the spells and I only have the 2 level 1 ones.
These kind of posts make me want to go shoot someone, especially the idiot who posted it. Sure we can all patent our games, Americans can play all the sports and bloody gore games, no one else are allowed to play them; the Chinese can play their elaborate and extremely complex and moving RPGs with good music, no one else are allowed to play them; the Japanese can play their addictive anime grindy RPGs, and no one else are allowed to play them. I'm sure lots of players will be happy with the new form of video gaming.
@Narziss: There is a way to reset your skill points. But it is *really* expensive, and you'll have to play the PvP mode to get it. Also, guys...there really isn't that much grinding in this game. If it seems like you're grinding a lot, then you've probably missed a quest or locations somewhere. Sometimes you stumble into a hard area because it's near an easy one...that doesn't mean you have to grind and go directly there. Just gotta find where the appropriate quests are Anyone hesitant about getting this game because of the first Inotia shouldn't worry. It's more like a better Zenonia than the first CoI. If you're expecting rpg's like The Quest, Dungeon Hunter, or RavenSword...keep in mind this is a different style of RPG. If you're not sure what type of RPG you like and you don't know the differences between western rpg's, krpg's, jrpg's, etc. Just ask yourself this...does a game like Zenonia appeal to you? Because this is what Zenonia 2 should have looked like...maybe gamevil and com2us can collaborate I know I've said this in the preview thread, but there are a lot of features that this game has that isn't immediately apparent, that really set this one apart. And knowing that com2us has experience with multiplayer and online modes in their games, I can't wait to see how the PvP aspect pans out as more people get online. Take it for what it's worth, but I believe Wanderer of Luone has raised the bar that Zenonia previously set for this genre of rpg's.
