Hey guys I've been trying and trying to make chaos items and the recipe always fails. Yes I have the recipe in the recipe book. Yes I have the ingredients. Yes I'm using the combination machine. I've tried wearing the equipment/weapon and buying a new one with and with out the blue/yellow lettered stats. I've tried doing it in online mode... with and without wifi... and it jus fails everyone. What gives???
