Last time I played I was going for top 4%. Now that the season has ended and server is still down, Im not even sure if I (we) can still claim the reward. Fingers-crossed...thats the best we could do for now
I did get my rewards when it ended. I checked in a few hours after it was over and once I selected the multiplayer tab, it opened it up and then gave me the rewards for top 1% automatically. It came out at 60,000 credits, 6 (or 7) gear cards with a coupe of 3 star ones and a couple of upgrades. Now I think it was a fluke that I connected because immediately after I got the rewards, the servers down notice popped up and I can't get in again since. I'm also amazed I got that high. I did play it a lot (and was aiming for top 5%) when it would connect but getting a connection is extraordinarily difficult and I haven't been able to get one since. I had hoped the update would sort it out. But it was real nice to get them. I'm of the mind that because I got that fluke connection and got my rewards that everybody else should get them once they get a stable connection. I hope that's the case anyway. The server did remember my position and rewards so I'm assuming it has done the same for everybody else and it's just a matter of them stabilising the servers.
I too haven't recieved my season rewards. But I haven't been able to check online because the servers seem to always be down. Hopefully they'll give us our rewards soon. They're probably not use to all the online traffic, I'm sure they'll get everything sorted out
Not sure. I sent a support ticket over the Aquaman prime issue. I didn't hear back from them so up called. The person I spoke to was very helpful and showed me how to find the crash logs. I then uploaded them and sent them back by replying to the email. I received word that they were then forwarded to the appropriate people and that the issue was being looked into. In the meantime. I was able to get one of those playersaves that are going around the facebook pages so that I'm actually able to play the game instead of being locked into one team due to the errors.
Same thing happened to me as Rip73. I was top 30% when servers went down, then on Sunday I was able to get on briefly and got rewards for top 1%. 60k, 3 3-star gear and 5 2-star gear. Then servers went down and I wasn't able to get on again till about a half hour ago. Oh, yeah. West coast US servers seem to be up. At least for now. I'm in Portland and my buddy in LA was also able to get on.
Looks like season 1 rewards are coming. It seems to be rolling out to some. The servers are working again in Europe. I just got the pop up that awarded 35,000 in game credits for the inconvenience of technical difficulties, when I exited multi. A real nice gesture considering its equal to a 5 dollar iap. I thought that was quite nice of em. I know I couldn't get online a lot but I did get my rewards so this is a double helper that goes a long way. The pop up also said that the rewards will be allocated to those who didn't get them yet. They would appear to have a lot to go through but, I dunno, it'll obviously take a bit of time when you consider the servers couldn't hold up to the load of people playing. So a bit of patience and they'll get there in the end. I think they've done well with the inconvenience award and making a strong effort to catch up. There's obviously a lot more people out there playing consistently and rejoining than originally thought. But you've gotta admire their effort to please people.
Logged into my WBID this afternoon and I just got my "oops, sorry" money. Now just waiting for my "What, we wiped your game?" money.
Ha, if you ever get that, you must let us know. I could only imagine what that number would need to be considering how far in you were and how many high level cards you had. Or a screenshot if it ever happens, even better. I'd genuinely love to see that kind of number on screen. Is there a chance of your previous save being restored? @Amenbrother. I'd guess the season rewards to spread to everybody could take a few days so don't lose hope just yet.
If our accounts are on their database, wouldn't you think they could just go in and add them? Even a couple or some credits would be a nice gesture. Like I said earlier, I'm not holding my breath. Which characters are you most wanting to get from either the challenge packs or the new releases? My list is: Shazam (of course) Red Son Deathstroke Hawkgirl Mortal Combat Scorpion and Aquaman
It would be nice alright. One can hope. I'll assume you contacted their support. On that list, I dunno, I've kinda been popping in and out of the game but the multiplayer is keeping it on my device a lot more than it used to. I got a mighty good one of those new cards that boosts hawk girl attacks a lot so I'd have to pick her as the next target. Am I right in thinking I can only get her from the challenge packs now? If so that's gonna be a mighty expensive project.
