The spreadsheet is located here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArWlaFSQTUTAdG5ZdmlNZ2pnYXphU0JjOHhIZVlVNmc&usp=sharing Unfortunately I went back to work the next day, so it took a while to finally finish it up. Some analysis: 1. While I tracked coins/energy spent, I didn't track the health of the enemies; consequently difficulty is not accounted for in this. Health of the enemies changes in the random matches so I'm not sure I can do a true quantitative analysis. 2. I was unable to account for experience/energy because all of my characters are level 40. 3. Without a doubt, Bonus Battle 6 is the best battle to do, although it's difficult. 521.1 coins spent per energy is the best by far. 4. Generally, the 4th battle on each page (excluding the first page, it's the 5th and the last page which you actually do better on Battle 32) is the best battle to do for coins per energy. It is not the last or first battle on each page. 5. For the first two pages (Battles 1-14), Battle 5 is the best one for coins/energy. 6. Battles 18, 25, and 32 are the next battles on pages three through five. Anyhow enjoy. There are two worksheets to the spreadsheet. The first worksheet shows the damage and health of all of the characters (minus the Facebook Joker). Highlighted in yellow are characters that are not maxed out. The second worksheet is the coins/energy.
Anybody else's game keep crashing? Mine has been crashing on startup... I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it's still crashing...
Same here, on and off. Although the game has been that way for awhile for me. When it does load, sometimes after 2-3 crashes, the gameplay has been very lagging/choppy at times.
This happened to me quite a bit and still happens. I found that if I didn't have an internet connection and the game was trying to connect to the internet, it wouldn't start. It would crash any time I'd touch the screen after Luthor's quote or after the video. My solution was to establish an internet connection and restart. Most of the time that would work. Also if I didn't have an internet connection I would go to airplane mode before playing. Hope that helps.
Impressive and useful spreadsheet. The data is very interesting. I am going to take a look at battle 32. 13 rounds of Battle 36 give 19k vs 6600 coins from just 5 rounds. A time analysis could have added another layer of comparison, but of course, that will be variable.
Well I give up. I've been trying to play patiently for the last few weeks, and I can't beat Doomsday/Solomon Grundy in the 5th to last stage (I think). I'm not going to pay a single cent, but I am strongly considering asking for help in unlocking those costumes (catch my drift?). It's so frustrating. I just want my Arkham City Harley Quinn and Prison Superman in the console version of the game
I am fighting insurgency batman in the battle 41. The game is clearly cheating. First of all, his second level move is supposed to be just an unrelenting kick. But here he randomly gets the hitech gadgetry as well. More importantly, he can do that second level of move even when two of his energy bars are not full. And he uses up less than two of his energy bars when he does that second level of move
I don't pay attention to the opponents much. But I think I have read that the AI cheats in certain respects. I can't complain though, because they also don't use their level 3 move. Now that would have made things very tricky. I would like add that Insurgency Batman is the worst looking. Even the corpse Batman looks more in shape.
Wuhu. Just finished the last battle (not the one with the stars). But i thought i would get the jail-superman but instead i got bane... Whatever. I used the following characters: Lvl 40 gold wonder woman elite III Lvl 40 gold black adam elite III Lvl 40 gold red son solmon grundy elite III all fully upgraded except for the elite cards!
I have to ask, is it better to have elite level 3 gold card in your team, or better to go for upgrading silver regime green lantern to elite 5. Gl's big plus is 25%bump to power meter fill up rate, so the remaining two characters can unleash level 3 moves way faster. Plus it's cheaper and more manageable to upgrade gl to lvl5 since you don't have to rely on the randomness of booster packs.
Unlocked Hawkgirl this morning... her passive is quicker tag-in/out (2 seconds). She's cool... but not as good as Aquaman or Origins Batman.
You're better off with promoting your gold cards... an Elite III gold is WAY stronger and has more health than the Elite V silver. GL's pasive works the same no matter what level or rank he is.
If you have the console version play the story mode first. Then link to WB account for Prison Superman. If you don't, then save up for gold booster packs. You need a good gold team to grind out better levels for coins and XP so you can finish the game. I farmed coins until I got lucky w/a 62% off Red Son sale came up (I bought three to go w/a random RS Wonder Woman from a booster pack). Beat the game pretty quickly after that.
