Are there dynamic shadows? Some screenshots show them for characters but on my iphone 5 there are none....? If there are, the iphone 5 should def show them, anyone else notice this?
Heads up if you buy the starter pack while logged in with your WBID there is a chance you will only get harley. According to support the only way to fix it is to uninstall and repurchase the starter pack while not logged in You won't be charged again iTunes remembers the purchase Bye bye gold joker But 3 silvers are worth more than one gold in my book. Plus with the uninstall method you can keep re-rolling the starter pack until you get the 2 extra silver characters you want. Plus I got the achievement for joker and he was a pretty weak character.

Running fine on my iphone 4 in spite of the "not supported device" messages. Also I only got this because I thought Raven was a playable character, but I don't see her anywhere...
She, along with Shazam, Aquaman, Hawkgirl, Killer Frost and Ares, is absent for some reason. Hopefully, if the game does well - which it appears to be - we'll see these characters (along with other DLC characters and costumes) in future updates. How quickly are you guys levelling up your characters? My top characters are Deathstroke and Nightwing (both at level 17), with Wonder Woman a close second, and yet, in the second group of battles, they seem to be gaining EXP way too slowly. Until I manage either to unlock their special moves or save enough money to buy another silver character, I doubt I'll be able to beat Sinestro... Also, have you been able to check the Bane Knightfall box in the WBID page? I rated the game both on the AppStore and Game Center, and the checkbox still isn't marked...
Apologies for being late to the party, but I just picked this up and I have a couple questions for all you fine veterans. My starting 3 were Cyborg, Flash and Luthor, but I got Nightwing after finishing the tutorial so I swapped cyborg out for him. Solid lineup, as far as I can tell. So, in terms of packs and whatnot, I assume buying bronze is the way to go, at least at first, rather than saving up for a silver booster? And does each color have a rank cap, or can you eventually upgrade a bronze into a silver, or a silver into a gold? Thanks!
I bought one bronze then saved up for a silver. The extra bronze helped as i could have two teams but silver or good is where it's at as you get the higher silver or gold cards from it. Got a silver Harley and she's awesome.
Yeah, that was going to be my plan, too, until I saw you have to buy the other tiers of character special moves. Are those worth it, or should I just focus on characters first? They do seem to output a lot more damage than the tier one special moves, but they're also 2,000 coins.
Anybody else having trouble logging in with a WBID? Everytime it put in an email, no matter what one, it says login failed. Any suggestions?
Have you created an account yet? I don't think it'll work before you do so... Even though it's a terrific idea, most of the iOS WBIN tasks are a bit faulty. The Knightfall Bane is the most obvious one - many players report having rated the game without confirmation of the task being completed, which, for those of us intending to buy the console version, will prevent us from getting this Bane on there - but there are others. For instance, One task demands you to log in one time. I've done it, but it still shows as incomplete. Hopefully these problems will be solved soon, since it's so crappy for such a good idea to be hindered by such issues...
Click the first stage box on the first page. This is also a good way to check out a characters tier 3 move by switching to him/her when it tells you to tag someone in. You can repeat any stage, including the tutorial. This is how we've been grinding money for packs.
This game would be one of the much better f2p games if it didn't have some glaring problems ie when hitting the sleep butten, the game freezes while in one frame, but the game doesn't pause or anything... (Actually, you can still attack, but you can't see it) If those were fixed, this would be a lot better.
I think it's worth saving up for the silver and gold cards. They have much higher damage and health. My silver harlequin was better at level five then any bronze characters i had at level 11. And yeah I'm grinding the mini boss stage in first set of battles about 2k good total and only one energy per battle.
Silver and Gold cards are definitely better but if you're just starting out that is a lot if money to grind for less cards. People like Exact-Psience were recommending buying Bronze cards because they are cheap and will allow you to play longer. For progression though, silver and gold will get you further faster on tough fights. I unfortunately lost all my progress due to a bug and had to reinstall and start over so I bought 2 gold packs and a silver pack and got my Starter Pack cards again. The rep I spoke to at WB said they are getting a lot of calls and the devs have been busy working on updates.
